Hand-made scrapbook page of Kriti Telang's journey: Bhilai school days, dance and theatre in Mumbai, TCS, Hollywood and Sony Pictures, UK, Kathak dance, painting and the AICI bridge

About me

I'm Kriti Telang — founder of Lets Practice Academy and the mind behind AICI: Artificial Intelligence Outside, Creative Intelligence Inside. My career makes much more sense once you stop putting it in one box.

It started in Bhilai — a curious child who loved to create. Then Mumbai, where two worlds ran side by side: my IT career began at Tata Consultancy Services while my love for dance and theatre performances filled my creative world. I didn't choose between tech and art — I lived both. That foundation deepened into a huge Data and Analytics background: BI, data engineering, and AI literacy/utility training built across global teams at Sony Pictures Entertainment in Los Angeles, and continued in the UK. Big screens, dashboards, and storytelling sat in the same room.

Alongside all of it, Kathak never left. Rhythm taught discipline, abhinaya taught expression, improvisation taught adaptability, and painting taught me that sometimes you create before you know exactly where you're going. What if art isn't only something we learn, but a way of learning how to think?

For years we were trained to work like machines. Now the machines do that part — what is left is the part only you can do: thinking, taste, judgement, imagination. AICI is the bridge — AI capability on one side, human creativity on the other. Thank God AI is here, so that we can become Humans again.

So I train people and teams to be both technically sharp and creatively human in an AI-driven world. AICI Labs delivers AI literacy, AI utility, and Creative Intelligence — from prompt engineering and data thinking to applied arts and Kathak — for individuals, schools, and organisations worldwide. Creative Intelligence isn't extracurricular; it's a life skill.

One honest confession:

I can't do this alone, and I don't want to. My experience is one piece of the puzzle. I'm building with educators, artists, AI thinkers, universities, businesses, mentors, researchers and investors worldwide. Not “would you support my idea?” but “what could we build together?”

Think independently. Create fearlessly. Use AI intelligently. Stay unmistakably human.
